Fourth of July weekend is almost nonstop rain, but we manage to light off a good show anyway:) Our bigger problem is the short window between rains that we have to expose the exterior of the house and put it all back together again…
Lets Do This. Brandon mixes concrete to fill in the existing foundation and give our sister studs a solid place to rest (notice the rotted floating stud in first photo!) I measure and cut in our makeshift shop to replace rotted boards. And before the end of the day we seal her up with Tyvek and caulk, just in time for evening rains again!
