The rains continue, but we must power on! Locals keep saying we are in a drought, but this is more sky water in one week than we have seen in the past 6 years in California. The river is flowing high!

Cabinetry, sink and appliances are removed from the downstairs bath and kitchen in preparation for our next demo phase. The good pieces, especially drawers and doors, will be saved for the redesign! We set up a temporary “tiny kitchen” in the porch entry room.
Thanks to Brandons’ hard work and mad demo skills, the damaged exterior clapboard that we will be replacing has been removed around the entire house perimeter! But wait, Brandon, that’s not where staples go! And Tyvek is NOT a Slip n Slide!
